Wish for the New Millennium:
May you have enough happiness to make you sweet, enough trials to make you strong, enough sorrow to keep you human, enough hope to make you happy, and enough money to buy gifts!!

Thought for 2021:

January - March were spent much the same as 2020, staying indoors, social distancing, wearing a mask.  I had a birthday dinner with the guys, I had the gang over and Diane and I went out trying to find something to do other than sit home.  Basically it was "quarantine lite".   I continued drawing, and took to drawing people's houses and trees.   But by March 15th I was fully vaccinated I feeling empowered I planned a trip out west to see Dion and Susan. April was spent in planning and packing and continuing to draw... drawing and reading are mainstays of my life now.

MAY - I flew away to San Francisco, hung out with Dion, took the train to San Francisco and met Dan Horscht and then trained on to Seattle and took a bus to Bellingham and there was Susan.  It was a great time and a super visit with Susan... best ever!

Dion's garden was in full bloom and I got to mee Socrates Dan took me to the Columbia Gorge and showed me waterfalls I got to meet Jay and to see how happy he makes Susan

I also met Jay's parents the charming Ann and Peter and went kayaking for the first time.  It was all lovely and then I was back home again... May was over and June was so HOT it felt like August.
